European Path E6, on its way from Igoumenitsa to the eastern borders of the country, passes through the area of Metsovo.

The distance from Vovousa to Milia is covered in two day sections, with an overnight stay in the meadows of Valia Kalda. The next section leads us to the region of Metsovo.
The distance from Metsovo to Gotista is covered by a very long route of around 30 km. You can spend the night in a tent at Lakko Prepari (there is a water point) or detour to Anthochori .
